From the Block and Unblock Services page, you can prevent devices on your account from being able to purchase and/or use certain types of messaging and purchasing services. We also provide a list of alternatives to blocking each service to help you make the best choice for your specific needs. There are three types of service blocks:
- Messaging Blocks: Prevent a device from using all messaging services or block specific types, including multimedia messaging and Premium Messaging.
- Purchase and Gifting Blocks: Prevent a line on your account from charging third-party apps, virtual goods, services, donations and gift cards to your Liv Cellular bill.
- Free Services: Choose to opt in or opt out of the Liv Selects program.
Note: Only the Account Owner or Account Manager can block or unblock any of these services.Learn more about account roles.

Prepaid accounts: If you have a prepaid account, the Block and Unblock Services page will not be available. However you can still block Premium Messaging. Refer to the My Liv for Prepaid FAQs for steps on blocking Premium Messaging and an alternative way to block calls and messages.
