Subject to Liv’s discretion, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in Liv Smart Rewards:
- Have an account in good standing
- Have access to My Liv
- Not be under a business contract with Liv Cellular
- Be a resident of the US (excluding the territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands)
My Liv Account Owners or Account Managers can access their Smart Rewards through My Liv.
Note: Participation in Smart Rewards may require enrollment in Liv Selects, which personalizes marketing you may receive from Liv and other companies by using information about customers’ use of Liv products and services including location, web browsing and app usage data. Selects members receive 2,500 Liv Smart Rewards bonus points after enrollment following their first bill cycle, and they get an additional 500 points each month for each line participating in Selects.
