Liv Smart Rewards FAQs

General Information

Liv Smart Rewards is a rewards program through which you can earn points that can be redeemed for savings on merchandise, gift cards, travel, daily deals and entering auctions and sweepstakes. Earning points is easy and is based on your activities, such as paying your bill using My Liv, purchasing accessories and more.

If you’re eligible for the program, you have at least 10,000 points waiting for you! You’ll also earn points for each year you remain a customer with us.

Subject to Liv’s discretion, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in Liv Smart Rewards:

  • Have an account in good standing
  • Have access to My Liv
  • Not be under a business contract with Liv Cellular
  • Be a resident of the US (excluding the territories of Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands)

My Liv Account Owners or Account Managers can access their Smart Rewards through My Liv.

Note: Participation in Smart Rewards may require enrollment in Liv Selects, which personalizes marketing you may receive from Liv and other companies by using information about customers’ use of Liv products and services including location, web browsing and app usage data. Selects members receive 2,500 Liv Smart Rewards bonus points after enrollment following their first bill cycle, and they get an additional 500 points each month for each line participating in Selects.

No, there’s no fee to enroll in the Smart Rewards program. You may be required to enroll in Liv Selects before you can register for Liv Smart Rewards. If so, you’ll be prompted to join Liv Selects during the Smart Rewards registration process.

Earning More Points

Earning more points is easy—and they add up fast. You’ll keep getting points just for doing what you already do with Liv, like paying your monthly bill or signing in to My Liv. Plus, there are many ways to earn additional points – find a complete list on the Liv Smart Rewards page.

Note: Any line on your account can earn points and all earned points will be combined into your single Liv Smart Rewards account total.

How to Use Smart Rewards

You can redeem your points as long as you remain eligible for the program and as long as Liv Cellular offers Liv Smart Rewards. In the event Liv Cellular discontinues Liv Smart Rewards, you’ll be given a reasonable period of time to redeem your accumulated points.

Note: If you cancel your Liv Cellular service, your Liv Smart Rewards account will be suspended. However, if you renew your Liv Wireless service within 45 days of cancellation, your Liv Smart Rewards account will be reactivated with the accumulated points intact.

The coupon will be emailed to you, and you can use it directly from your device, no need to make a printed copy.

There are 3 ways to redeem a coupon:

  • Enter the coupon code during checkout.
  • Provide the coupon code to a Solutions Specialist at a Liv Cellular store.
  • If redeeming on the phone, provide the code to a Customer Service Representative.

Read the offer details carefully for specific rules and time restrictions for redemption. Coupon codes can only be used once.

Points are non-transferable. If you transfer your account into someone else’s name or for any reason get a new account number, you’ll lose access to any previously accumulated points.

No, Liv Smart Rewards points have no monetary value.

No, you can only use the set number of points per purchase.
